This project is a great example of providing creative facilitation activities with a small NGO events company to achieve an overarching strategy for a large community event. All planning details were covered, from background music to set the tone through to interactive group tasks. In the consulting industry, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. For this project, I helped my client define a specific sales target and outlined a strategy to leverage her strengths in creatvity and relationships to acquire new clients.
